We stand behind every pair we ship. If your Jordans aren’t the right fit or you changed your mind, eligible items can be returned within our window below. All returns are authenticated and condition-checked to keep the marketplace fair for everyone.
Eligibility
- Return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Item is unworn and unwashed with no creasing, odors, or outsole wear.
- All original packaging and accessories are included: Jordan/Nike shoe box, tissue, extra laces, hangtags, and any included booklets.
- Factory lacing remains intact; authenticity tags or stickers (if any) are attached.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued before shipping the item back.
Non-returnable items
- Worn, used, or altered footwear (including visible toe-box creasing or outsole wear).
- Items missing original packaging/accessories or with labels applied directly to the Jordan/Nike shoe box.
- Final Sale items as marked on the product page (e.g., certain limited drops or clearance).
- Gift cards, cleaning products, socks, or insoles that have been opened/used.
Exchanges
We offer one free size exchange on US orders within 14 days of delivery for the same style and colorway, pending availability. If the requested size is unavailable, you may proceed with a standard return for a refund.
Return shipping & fees
- US returns: Use our prepaid label; a flat $8.95 is deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges (US): Prepaid label is free for the first size exchange.
- International returns: You may use your own trackable carrier. Duties/taxes paid are non-refundable by us; consult your local customs office for potential recovery.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped a wrong or defective item.
Refunds
- Timing: 1–2 business days for inspection after delivery to our facility, then 3–5 business days for your bank to post the refund.
- Method: Refunded to your original payment method. If a gift card was used, that portion is returned as store credit.
- Deductions: Any applicable return shipping fee or missing-accessory adjustments are itemized on your confirmation email.
How to start a return
- Request an RMA: Email [email protected] or use our Contact page with your Order #, SKU, size, and reason. For defects or wrong item, include clear photos.
- Pack properly: Double-box your sneakers. Do not apply labels directly to the Jordan/Nike shoe box. Include all accessories and documentation.
- Label & ship: Print the prepaid label (US) or ship with a tracked carrier. Write the RMA on the outer box if instructed.
- Inspection: We perform daylight and UV checks, match serials, and photograph condition on arrival.
- Confirmation: You’ll receive an email update with approval and refund/exchange status.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box, labels, and the issue. We’ll prioritize a replacement or provide a prepaid return label at no cost.
International returns
- Use a reliable, trackable carrier and keep proof of postage.
- Mark the parcel as “Return of Goods.” We are not responsible for inbound duties due to mis-declaration.
- Duties and taxes paid at checkout or on delivery are non-refundable by us.
Holiday extended window
Orders delivered between November 15 and December 31 qualify for returns until January 31 of the following year, provided all other conditions are met.
