6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Estimated processing and delivery times are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. Estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays and weather events may impact delivery.
• Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Please file claims with the carrier for packages marked delivered but not received.
• Signature confirmation may be required for higher‑value orders. If you miss a delivery attempt, you are responsible for arranging re‑delivery with the carrier.
• International shipments may be delayed by customs inspections. You are responsible for ensuring the ordered products are legal for import into your country.

• Orders begin processing quickly; cancellation requests are not guaranteed once processing starts. Pre‑orders and limited releases may be final sale where indicated.

8. Product Authenticity & Condition

• All products are sourced through Jordan Brand partners and authorized retailers. Each pair undergoes dual inspections under daylight and UV, with photo proof logged to your product code.
• Product images are for reference; colors can vary by screen settings and lighting. Minor box abrasions or manufacturer variations may occur and do not constitute defects.
• Sizing can vary by model. Refer to size guides and product notes before purchasing.

9. Pre‑Orders, Drops & Raffles

• Release calendars, size runs, and rules may change. We use anti‑bot protections and publish restock change logs where applicable.
• Pre‑order ETA dates are estimates. If allocation is reduced or delayed, we will notify you and offer options including revised ETA or refund.
• Entries that violate our rules (e.g., multiple accounts, automated entries) may be voided.

10. Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

• Promotions are subject to terms stated in the offer, including validity dates, product exclusions, region limits, and per‑customer caps.
